sex doesn’t have to stop just because you’re 50

By Dr. Charlie Glickman • Jun 9th, 2009 • Category: Blog

You’ve probably heard before about how sex doesn’t have to stop after a certain age. But most sex education and almost all of the images of people having happy, fulfilling sex lives focus on younger people. Younger, in this case, being in their thirties or below.

Fortunately, Joan Price, the author of Better Than I Ever Expected: Straight Talk about Sex After Sixty joins us to blow the myths out of the water and help you discover how you can keep things sexy. This workshop is a great opportunity to talk with other 50+ folks about their experiences, get some tips, and maybe meet someone new. ;-)

Here’s the workshop description, which is also on our event calendar page. You can call the Berkeley Good Vibrations store at 510-841-8987 to reserve a space. And feel free to pass this along to anyone you know who might like to know about it.

See you there!

For many people, sex and aging are two of the hardest topics to talk about. Add in the challenges of communicating across the genders and it can sometimes seem impossible. But Joan Price, ageless sexuality advocate, and author of Better Than I Ever Expected: Straight Talk about Sex After Sixty is here to help! In this interactive and fun discussion night, you’ll have a chance to get the answers you’re looking for. Joan will guide an evening of conversation and discovery, and will help everyone in the room learn from each other. For couples & singles, men & women. If you’re 50+, or you plan to be, this workshop is for you. For more info about Joan, please visit her website at www.joanprice.com and her blog at www.betterthanieverexpected.blogspot.com.
