I am on the other end of the spectrum and I believe if you need to have medication to help you through the transition, that is what you do for yourself. It is a healthy person who will take medication if that is what they need to take charge of their life. You must be very blessed that you found the right path for you. There is no black and white tactics for what we as men and women go through to feel healthy whole and perfect as we are. But in our heart, our inner wisdom will show through. They only serve to mask the messages your body/brain need to exchange, making it impossible to see your way to REAL health.
