On O&#039;ahu Bob Dinwiddie has worked (not sure if he is retired now) for  the State Department of Education as a sex education consultant.  Great guy and  very knowledgeable and innovative. I haven&#039;t seen him for many years as I moved away from O&#039;ahu to Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii years ago,  but he would  be a great starting point.
