Margaret Cho brings it home with Jill Sobule for “San Francisco”
By Kuono • Mar 27th, 2009 • Category: BlogOur old board member Margaret Cho directed a fantastic music video with Jill Sobule for her song “San Francisco” — and you might be pleasantly surprised to see some familiar faces, including Violet Blue, Daphne Gottlieb, Lorelei Lee, Princess Donna, Peter Ackworth. Did you know her album was fan-funded? Way cool.
Probably the most distinctive parts of the video are the shots in the armory, which Princess Donna swinging on a man suspended in rope, and Kink.com owner Peter Ackworth prancing like the King of the castle.
