Bondage Tape: So Multi-Functional!

Just came across this gallery on the Declare Yourself website. The site advocates folks voting and has videos, articles and other fun & hip pro-registering ways.Photographers Mark Liddell and David LaChapelle added what could be called “shock value” by choosing some well-known models and using different bondage-esque methods to show their freedom of speech being stifled. Christina Aguilera’s mouth is corseted shut – Jessica Alba is wrapped in Bondage Tape and other folks, including Andre 3000, have various implements securing their mouths shut – fish hooks, bolts etc….
The images are in no way subtle but they are powerful. And they speak volumes:
