You BET we can! Working in the web department, I receive messages from folks on MySpace (myspace.com/mygoodvibrations), from our YouTube account (youtube.com/sextips), and from our blog and magazine.
Usually, the questions are about sex and how our products can help them out.
Now, I LOVE being helpful and as much as I want to answer their questions personally, I direct them to our FABULOUS gals at Customer Service.
Talk about chatting… they’re available all the weekday long on our phone lines, on email, and even on a live IM chat on our website. They’re trained in Sex Education and can answer probably 99% of your questions… and then if they don’t have that particular answer, they’ve got resources at their fingertips just for you.
